We understand that having payment receipts include information necessary for each of our customers is very important. We also understand that each there may be lots of different requirements (i.e. VAT for EU users). For this reason we are offering a completely custom section that you can complete so that we include the exact billing information you require.
Out of the box, we will simply include your name and email on the receipt. However, if you require additional details on your receipts such as billing address, contact information, VAT number, or anything else - you can simply navigate to to My Account > Plan & Billing and click on Edit Billing Information button.
You can then enter the information you require to be present on your payment receipts
That's it. Once you complete this, all receipts can then be download with this exact information on them:
